Living Divani @ Contrast

Living Divani takes part in the celebrations for the twentieth anniversary of Vischmyn, a creative hub in the heart of Antwerp that brings together design excellence such as Contrast, Boffi, and Bang & Olufsen, marking two decades of international design. Within its historic walls and the warm light filtering through the large windows, the brand gives shape to a story suspended between elegance and lightness. On the occasion of the event, a design talk was held on October 2nd featuring Piero Lissoni and Gerda Ackaert, while the walls of the space displayed printed Polaroids depicting products from the participating brands — transforming every detail into a fragment of design history. Inside the Contrast showroom, Living Divani’s icons engage in dialogue with the brand’s most recent creations, composing a journey made of warm materials, harmonious proportions, and welcoming atmospheres. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by the Rod sofa, followed by Piero Lissoni’s new modular Echoo System and the Fillet armchair by Giacomo Moor, featuring a burnished structure and wooden seat. The Moon Coffee Tables and Ile side tables punctuate the space with lightness — small accents of everyday poetry. Further on, the Extrasoft modular sofa, accompanied by its storage units and a pair of woven Frog armchairs, celebrates the brand’s artisanal tradition. The Gala sofa by David Lopez Quincoces, paired with the Fillet armchair, completes the living area with a measured balance of form and material. In the night area, the Sumo bed, upholstered in elegant leather, creates an intimate atmosphere, complemented by the Track bench and the Halfsquare and Moon Satellite bedside tables, where every detail communicates with restraint and rhythm. Bearing witness to Living Divani’s history and enduring creativity, the Super Frog marks the thirtieth anniversary of the iconic Frog armchair, presented in both armchair and lounge versions — bold and light as time itself. In this installation, every setting tells the story of Living Divani’s philosophy: a subtle balance of materials, proportions, and light, where elegance and comfort coexist in harmony. Each detail transforms the space into an experience of style — a design narrative that transcends generations, weaving together memory and future, poetry and everyday life.
